looks like 35% looks to be the happy medium between cop enducing dark and 'man thats tinted?'.


what about prices? i've had a few people tell me tint was going to be expensive cause all the windows...what did everyone average?

 

did mine myself for like 40 bux, --
most places will charge a bit more bc the fit it tricky- or that what i was told b4 i did mine- the back windows are curved and it takes more time to apply, also there are 9 windows - 10 if you do the windshield those bonus front ones suk too
i forgot to ask what they charged tho-

 

What part of north carolina are you from? Im in New Bern and to get all ten of my windows it was $235 and it is 100% legal so no problems getting my inspection signed off here in NC

 

Man... sometimes i regret not getting 5% all around i love that pure darkness but i'm uuber happy with my 15% all around. I got em re-tinted and now it's all uniform again, doesn't look g ay.

Just picked up my BOM Fit yesterday from the dealer, had it tinted by the dealer 5% all the way around, its the only way to go. Every vehicle i've ever owned and have never had an issue with it. I'm in WV too

 

i got my tint yesterday. i put 15% on the rear windows and i also tinted the 2 small windows in the front. next i'm going to tint the 2 front big windows

 

since i had a super hard time deciding what percentage to get, i hope this will help others.

Hey that looks good. Do you have side pictures of the fit? I'm thinking of putting tint in my car all around. I just don't know if I will go 35%(legal) or 20%-30% all around.

Hope it helps...went 35% up front, 18% everywhere else. I was skeptical about mixing, but it turned out really sweet.

 

Looks nice, I also have an MR 08 Fit Sport, I think I will go darker than 35%. Thanks for the reply. Halestorm0, your car looks good. I was thinking of getting blue(debating between blue or red) but they don't have blue on the lot.

I did the front windows the lightest tint they had, 50% i think. The rest of the windows, including the sun-strip and the little 'A' frame windows are limo, 15%.
