What caused your axle to pop out? have you lowered your car or something?

I have a question, since I changed the cv boot clamp, will my car be voided because I changed the cv boot clamp?

 

nah just warranty for that cv boot.. doesnt your brother work for a dealer? i talked to him the other day visiting my old job..

 

Damn this just happened 2 me last night changing my springs, wish I had seen this post cuz I had no idea what shape I was aligning under the boot. I also had to cut the one strap but once I did it almost seemed stupid trying to align it all that time.

 

how can you tell if the axle popped out? i'm doing a spring install and when I turn the passenger side hub the driver's side hub turns as well. this is good news right?

ok, I've been to every auto parts store around, and no one sells just the clamps!

 

Ive removed the spindle and strutt. Still cant get it to wiggle in. Any ideas?
