G2 caliper paint?

Have any fit owners tried the G2 caliper paint kit?

Amazon.com: Purple G2 Caliper Paint: Automotive

PURPLE G2 BRAKE CALIPER PAINT EPOXY STYLE KIT FREE SHIP | eBay

Any experiences would be appreciated. The product seems to have gotten pretty good reviews from users.

Sorry, no personal experience here, but I do plan on doing this over the summer. I have read enough positive things about G2 that I am ready to do it.

My only small concern is that the brakes may retain more heat and cause quicker pad fade when the car is on the track.

can't hurt

I thought I read something about G2 improving heat dissipation but I could be wrong. I'm doing it when I rotate my tires in a month or so. For $35 a little more purple on a purple car can't hurt. It might well be a pain in the ass for a few hours but I've wasted time in sillier ways.

i've heard lots of great reviews from people from the subie community (i think they're calipers take a lot more abuse than ours)

but the duplicolor brush-on kit will also do just fine too...
