hahah I see people beat me...

Yea, Part#8 is NOT visible in your pics.

It is a PAIN to get back in, especially once a bar is on there but IS necessary.

I will try to snap a quick pig of The GF's car which is same minus rear bar when I get home...

Yea... in this following GIANT pic, I cannot see the bottom mount and it looks like the spring is contacting the bar mounting bolts...

Take a breath!

I don't think you need to order anything.

Take it back to the shop, and get confirmation that part #8 from the above referenced diagram IS in place, and if so that it is PROPERLY installed so that the spring does not make any direct contact with another metal surface.

Also can you get pics of the top?

We will help as much as we can!

Usually noises are hard to ID over the internet but that pic certainly made it easy

You mean the lower end of spring should not touch the metal bed that sits on it?

Correct. Should be a rubber under the spring in the lower position.

I am sorry for me asking for stupid details, but I have to know what tell them tomorrow

The problem is, today my wife's birthday and the ignorance of the shop and belle tire pissed me off on the wrong day

But now with your help, I am more calm and enjoying dinner with her

Yes like mkane said there should be a rubber isolator below that spring. I have no idea why they would ditch it or what happened to it but i'd take the car back and tell them to go buy some and put them back on.

Without it you will hear the clunking and such that you're hearing because it's a spring and it vibrates, jumps, falls, and does all sorts of moving around. The sound your hearing is the spring making noise against those bolts.

Nothing that can't be fixed easily though, I am glad we were able to help you enjoy your wife's bday dinner.

The bottom rubbers were installed correctly but we could not see them when the springs were compressed, but once they lift the car, the springs relaxed and I was able to see part #8!

However at driver side, the springs were touching the rsw bolts when getting compressed, while the car off the lift!

So they put for me a semicircular rubber on the springs at the friction point and now noise is gone!

Belle tire, however, could get me upto -0.6 front camber, after trying 2 seperate belle tire shop and multiple calls to SPC in colorado.

Well at this point I will live with it and update you more about my driving impressions.

Thanks for your help
