Lets get some custom carbon started
roof cap
grill (similar to sport grill)
mirror caps
rear wiper garnish w/ wiper
rear wiper garnish w/o wiper
fog light cover (for now looking at covers that will fit over existing housing)
shifter ring
rear view mirror cover
center console
canard wings
eyelids
gage pod cover
dash and door trim (much of this may need overlay)
front lip
splitter
rear wing
valve cover shield
a few under the hood items
I plan to get started on some of these within the week. If there is interest I can start an overlay GB next week. If we have 5 to 10 parts for overlay you figure most small parts can be done for $20.00 to $50.00 plus shipping.
Thanks again,
Jim

Thanks for the update on the canards. How's the progress on some of the other parts that you listed above. Thanks!

A couple owners have offered a few parts to use for making molds and working out overlay pricing but I actually haven't got any of the parts in yet, but should be getting a couple things in a day or two. I also paid for the merchant account on the forum but the money hasn't been claimed and no reply from the admin so I haven't been able to actually offer anything for sale. I will be trying the merchant account again soon.
In addition to some parts I already have coming, I would like to work out a rear view mirror cover, fog light covers, and grill.
Hopefully I'll have a little more to report by the end of the week.

Sorry for the delays in making the carbon parts available, it's taking a bit longer than I had hoped, and I got loaded up with a few other projects.
I am currently in the process of making the cowl scoop over the master cylinders and hope to have something available soon. I have included a pic of a proposed scoop. While working on this I went ahead and made the mold for the cover itself, and made up a quick part in orange carbon kevlar (looks more red) part. While researching the scoop I read that some didn't seem to like the idea of the cowl scoop, so I thought this would be an option it anyone is interested. The part shown has not been clear coated, and would probably have a couple tabs glued to the back side to fit into the holes in the cowl, and then would be held in place with some double stick tape and of course the hood seal, the scoop would fit in a similar fashion.
Let me know what you think about these parts.

Which way does do the diagonal line in the weave travel in most of the existing carbon hoods? From front of car to the back, do they typically go from passenger side to drivers? This will help me make parts that will have a similar flow in the weave pattern.
so is this real carbon fiber? Cause if so I would absolutely love to have the black inbetween the gauges of the cluster filled with CF and the ring around the shifter and sticky CF like in a TC or EVO kits that go around the radio controls and A/C!!! man if you pull the dash kit off post pics cause i will buy for sure if it looks right!!!!

Sorry for the big pics, I'll try to figure out how to scale them down a bit.
I have plans to meet up with George02 this weekend to test fit the scoop. If everything works out I'll try to have some samples next week.
