Yea I'd jump the gun on these if they were red lense. Would also prefer dedicated sections for turn signal and reverse. The multiple horizontal stripes could be too distracting and attract popo instead.

Twpanson, you were able to get me a set of AXIS for the GE for a good deal. I would love a set of those clear lens/red interior. U can put me in the group buy for those. They light up beautifully imo.

Anthony at Auto Workshop emailed tonight and said they now have a red upper taillight (link). It's not the same as the OEM light (which is a LED light tube design - Anthony's are individual LEDs spaced out along the light).

At any rate, it's another option for folks looking for illuminated upper lenses. Pricing info from Anthony's email follows:

Price: USD207 / set (include registered airmail to US mailing address)

For group order of 3 or more: USD185 / set (include registered airmail to independent US mailing address).
