I try not to think about what all I've spent.. I have over $2500 in performance parts that have yet to be bolted on... The only part I question the worth of is a Blox weighted shift knob... I suppose it could be unscrewed and placed in an empty Crown Royal bag to knock someone in the head with if the need arises.

Forgot about my last JDM Honda Access order & the aftermarket heated/blue tint/signal mirrors... Actually I'm at just over $7k... not including the JDM rear disc & another project.

I guess this picture best explains why I have continued to modify my Fit even though this is my final year of showing I just love making the car unique and my own. Nothing better than driving down the street and not ever seeing one just like it.

Cat, I hope you continue to show your car... What you have done isn't going to go out of style and look dated for a long time and then it will be an example of clean tastefully done classic from a period in time wear very little taste existed in automobile custom modifications and still winning trophies... You must put a lot of thought and have vision that many of us don't to be able to put something as nice looking as your car is together so tastefully right off of the bat and still find little touches that ad subtle detail and keep it popular on the show circuit...

Great car keep up the mods. People that mod their cars help fire up the imagination of others on what is possible to achieve, great inspiration on your part for the rest of us.

Cat, do you now have too many trophies you don't know what to do with it?

hell, i'm over the 2k mark with just the bilsteins and rpf1s+tires. then you figure the little random things like short shifter, mugen mirror cover, shift extender (which was a waste, imho) rear cargo cover (worth it) s204 lip (still not on the car, lol) and hopefully soon the armrest and pads/lines.

I have no problem dropping a grand or two on modding a new car. It's when you are spending the same amount that the car is worth on modifications that it's starting to get to me.

I recently just accepted the fact that it's an expensive hobby and instead of dwelling on how much I've spent, I'm looking at the happiness that I got from the parts I bought.

When my girlfriend buys an integra next year though... I can totally see myself hooking up her car as well...

I had spent 2k in parts 2 months before the car was delivered. Now that the recession is mostly over It will start big time in the spring. will probably spend 5k in 2014 and another in 2015. This is my favorite car ever.

People use to say, why did you put all that money into your car? Its such a wast, you will not get any of that back. I normally have to remind them that its a hobby of mine and do they get a return on the hobbies they invest money into. Plus if you are modding a car to make money you are doing it wrong.

I think I've joined this club at least 2 times by now... Glad I'm keeping this car until it dies.

I Ordered a $400 dollor Pioneer DVD, wheels, intake, front and rear strut bars, black replacement fog lights, Depo tails, and ready to order some coilovers! Then I get rear ended today! So I am right at the 2K mark after the last accident and this one I should be at the $5-6k mark not including aftermarket.

Wow, I just thought about it and just in suspension goods alone is almost 2k. Just rounding these numbers off in my head.

Tokico HTS/D-Spec/Red Dampers - 980 USD

Ground Control coilover conversion - 460 USD

Miscellaneous OEM Honda parts for plug-play install - 50 USD

Used Progress Rear Anti-Roll bar - 80 USD

Total on suspension: Roughly 1490 USD

Carbotech AX6 Pads: 140 USD

Carbotech 913 Shoes: 220 USD (I think...)

EBC USR 850 slotted rotors: 125 USD (Summit Racing special offer)

Techna-Fit braided stainless steel lines: 120 USD

Speed Bleeder Brake bleeders: 41 USD (...quite a tongue twister)

Total on brakes: 511 USD

Clazzio Seat Covers: 427.50 USD (FF.net discount from Bean Garage)

Hondata Flash Pro: 625 CAD (Say 630 USD ROUGHLY at the time I think)

EVERYTHING LISTED: 3273.50 and not including pre-existing modifications/gifts from family, a few dress up goods, or what I have on the way. Its sickening now that I think about it.

Ugh, I'm trying to fight a similar battle amongst myself. Currently having a set of daily TRM C1s with ENVigor all seasons, another set with Advan Neova AD08s for autocross days, and tempted to get some 16x7 Focal F10s with Conti DWS tires... or maybe some 15x7 BBS RG-Fs *gulp*.

It's disgustingly easy to do.. and that's why I'm selling a bunch of the stuff I've collected. Whether it was stuff that was supposed to go on my car but changed my mind, things I ordered for people that didn't pay in full or things that came of off cars I've worked on and they didn't want.

Proper classified coming soon..

Yes indeed it is. You wouldn't happen to have any goods for a G54 powered Starion in there eh?

Piping/BOV/External WGs, etc are universal, the rest is going to be intended for L15A or 4G63. Turbo's are all TD05H or T4 flanged.
