Upgrading LSD, Flywheel + 4.7 Final Drive?

I was thinking about upgrading my Jazz/Fit with a LSD, Flywheel and 4.7 Final Drive but I was wondering if it was worth doing if I was not planning to upgrade to a heavy duty clutch (as my OEM clutch is pretty fresh) or if it was worth doing at all?

Yeah it was the mFactory ones I was going to get. Just have to decide if it's worth ripping open my gearbox since I still have warranty on my car. haha.

if installed right then you wont have to worry about any warranty issues.

Mfactory also has a gear set i believe

Get the clutch, you'll regret it later on down the line if you don't. The install is more expensive than the clutch itself, so do it.

He's going to do final drive, flywheel and LSD. Might as well have a clutch that can deal with the extra abuse of having additional traction. If it was me I'd do it, for the extra $300 bucks you have peace of mind that your clutch will hold up to the extra abuse.

Good idea to install Limited Slip Differential & 4.7 final drive. Flywheel wise, yes or no, that's a personal reference. I just shaved mine.

I would say get a set of sports clutch while u're in there. I assume the stock ones u have in the Australian Jazz is the same AP unit. I hated it a lot myself. I would go for exedy/spec clutch from Mfactory.

U can take a look at the link in my signature. I got all that LSD/final drive/clutch job done in Nov/2008. LOVING IT on & off the track!!!!!!! Glad I went with 4.7 final ratio instead of 4.5!

I personally don't care about warranty on my car. Coz once they see my car at the dealership. Most part of the warranty is void. What I left in the car is probably some engine internal warranty. Which again they can decline the claim coz there's my lapping video all over the internet.

I got all my transmission & service stuff done by qualified technicians. So I'm not too worried about my car.

Hi 555sexydrive,
Thanks for replying.

Pinions you mention I assume you are referring to the counter shaft?
