Hello! We have a 2010 Honda Fit Sport. We’ve used the USB port with iPhones for years to play music, podcasts, etc. However, we upgraded to IPhone 11 and now it doesn’t work! The console displays “iPod no songs” (kinda funny iPod reference) and the iPhone 11 says “accessory not supported.”

I am using the Apple USB cable. I’ve tried restarting the phone. I’ve tested it with difference devices. I called our local Honda dealer and they were clueless—said resetting the radio wouldn’t make a difference.

What can we do? Is there some way to update the system without breaking the bank? Thanks in advance for any advice!
