2011 Fit Sport AT, 10k miles
32-33mpg with about 50/50 highway/city but our highway speeds can be >80mph
it does suck to hear about other cars getting better mileage but we didn't buy it just for that reason

not sure how this life long averaging works, since sometimes I will drive insane and drop mileage to 23 and other times on highway I'll relax and push 39.7 at 70mph. my average would depend on my foot and my mood. but that doesn't mean the car isn't doing very well.
so, what I am saying is I don't know how to answer in this pole.

We get 34-36 mpg ave on our newest 2012 Sport w/AT. Our 2009 Sport w/manual gets 36-38 and as high as 41 hwy...we almost exclusively use SHELL 87 Octane for gas...interesting poll.

Early Alaska summers treat the Fit well. No need for A/C or headlights, thus I'm eeking out 41 MPG city throughout an entire tank. It's the best ever for my 2010. I didn't drop below 30 MPG last winter.
I think it's true that it takes a long time to break in a Honda engine. Love this car!

I am curious to see what my Fuel economy will be once I get the car back from rotting on the dealers backlot. Going on 2months in a rental. according to fuelly I am getting 36.3 MPH over the course of 101,801 miles on my 2010 Sport AT

I'm just over 11K miles and have over 20 fillups
looks like I'm averaging almost 37-1/2 mpg
we'll see what winter does to this
