Yeah I have a super breakfast burrito for breakfast....but only HALF of it....save the other half for the next day haha. Can't finish the whole thing and expect to be 'useful' at work.
Hope your clearbra shows up soon...can you drive something else until it arrives to avoid the teeny tiny chance of a chip?

haha, yah was going to say i’d need a nap after consuming such huge burrito. lol. haha
as for clearbra.. i’m just making it dramatic dan as i really feel for entertainment purposes. lol . i mean it’s a rally car, some scratch is fine. i just don’t want the front sandblasted by salt rocks in da winter time.
also makes it easier to install if no damage.

so a quick review on my new 19 WRX limited with da HK stereo and nav etc. since i’ve had it for a few days.
driveability is good. smooth ride quiet and easy to drive. side mirror for some reason blocks view more dan my STI. hummmm. maybe seating position. i need to watch out at stop sign intersections for cars and peds approaching from my left. throttle response is srow per test drive. will fix with cobb AP later when released.
convenience. ac blows cold as it should everything similar to my STI except nicer display and carplay. audio sounds good too, better dan the HK in my STI.
bugs: carplay and pandora don’t work well. it cancels each other out and locks out connectivity as da HU’s native software wants to control pandora yet carplay also wants to control pandora. requires restart to fix. but if streaming Pandora through BT it works fine. i’m okay with it for now since i don’t listen to pandora much during the week anyway. the HU connects to wifi so can download firmware (maybe maps too?) updates from home in da future.
fit finish is jland quality, i likes. no bs like crappy german assembly on my Golf-R. wtf
overall very pleased with da car.
much happier dan driving GTI.

i asked him wat tools wat procedure. he explained da 2 person pumping pedal method with turkey baster and water bottle with tubing. which is fine for ghetto but i told him i’m using an extractor and auto replenish bottle. how would u do it den? and he said he need to check. lol.

Nothing wrong with the old school method of brake bleeding. It's a good skill set to have in ones arsenal of knowledge. I've done that for many years & only had a problem with it once. My sweet wife was helping me change the fluid in our race car. No matter how many times I tried I could not get a good peddle. I leaned in the window & asked Babs to show me how she was pushing the peddle. Sure enough she was pushing the clutch in when I told he down for the brake peddle. It's funny now, but not so much when it happened. ;-o
Ken be careful with the new car. They pick up rock chips very easily. Stay away from dump trucks slinging sand & gravel.

Maybe you could get a piece to do a quick edge of the hood job. When the kit comes in do it over again with the complete kit.
Tools are great, I have a garage full of them. Many of them just sit there staring at me. I'm sure they are thinking, what's up use me. ;-)

dogdamn GK sales fell even shorter with less dan 3750 sold in july. kia soul did over 8200 units. lol
golfs did even worse at less dan 3200 units sold. well i heard someone mentioning golf production is moving back to germany so perhaps da inventory might be low.
WRX only sold just a hair over 2000 and one of dem is mine.

IMO it will be a good thing. My German car was really screwed together very well. Didn't realize your R was a problem car. What gives?? I do recall you not being pleased about the quality of your Fit since you may have mentioned it once. ;-)
