Mugen makes one and Skunk2. I think there are a few others but those are the first 2 that come to mind

H-Fit and Skunk2 are add on pieces. Both add an extension piece to the bottom of the lever to shorten the shifts. H-Fit costs more but includes hard replacement mounts for the shift mechanism.

Mugen replaces the entire interior shift mechanism; it shortens the shifts, includes firmer rubber mounts, and the lever itself is an inch shorter.

T1R is a lever only. Based on the pictures it appears to maintain stock lever height or nearly so.

Which one is best depends on what you want from a short shift modification and how much you want to spend to get it.

There have been rumblings from various people about combining one or more of the kits but I have not seen a report of anyone actually doing it.
