Today I waxed my 2012 Fit Sport A/T. Monday I had Swift springs
and the Progress sway bar installed. I did not like the way the
OEM Fit Suspension handled cornering on Kentucky's backroads...
Still less than 1000 miles on the Odometer.

I am only 70
I like you old guys that enjoy driving a car that handles well... until I changed the suspension up for better handling I had no idea how squirrelly my Fit handled...Besides having safer handling the ride comfort had improved.. Even though the ride is stiffer you aren't constantly moving up, down, side to side in the seat as you do with the stock springs.... Swift springs is an improvement like no other single thing you can do to improve ride, comfort, handling and safety, closely followed by the installation of ultra light wheels and lighter than stock tires..
I always like good handling cars like my Miata and Fit. Not the most powerful engines but light, I think my 95 Miata is close in weight to my Fit. I put Eibach springs in my car actually ordered them prior to getting the car. Next month Progress RSB and Koni shocks for the rear.
I'm 34 and just bought a used fit. IMO the sub compact hatch should be the standard, similar to Europe. The most economical utility vehicle, and most folks don't need anything more.
