Age of FIT owners in here?
22, here just bought the sport fit used lowest mileage car ive ever owed
first honda and likeing it.
Anything though would have been better than my old car which had a slow leaking head gasket and a gas smell overheated atleast a few hundred times...
97 dodge intrepid 3.5 no A/C drove it for 5 years making all emergency repairs and preventing it from overheating by dumping water in it every two weeks or so. did timing belt, water pump, fuel pump, radiator due to the lowest sitting front smaking the ground when you pulled out of any parking lot. it finally blew a rod prolly from the lack of oil changes. great times 200,000 miles on it so i would say good life, put about 65,000 miles myself with no car payment
Also i did all the repairs myself with the help of the service manual and youtube.

Just turned 24 and bought my 2010 Fit Sport a week after my birthday (a little over a month ago)
Love it so far, my only complaint is I don't like driving it on the highway, it needs a 6th gear, if you get over 65 mph the rpm's get too high and the gas mileage suffers. Helps me not speed though lol.
Since everyone else is doing it, my old cars:
1st - 1995 Dodge Intrepid (Bought in 2005, totaled in 2007)
2nd - 1996 Oldsmobile Aurora (Shared with my brother until I bought my next car)
3rd - 1993 Honda Prelude (Bought in 2007)
4th - 1993 Mercedes C330 (Bought in 2009)
5th - 2011 Hyundai Sonata (Bought in 2010 after I got my first real job)
6th - 2001 BMW Z3 (Bought in 2011 after missing my sports cars, kept this and Hyundai)
7th - 2008 Infiniti G37s (Bought in 2012 after trading in Hyundai and selling BMW, I didn't like the Hyundai)
8th - 2010 Honda Fit Sport (Bought April 2013, Infiniti out of warranty and cost too much money for repairs, maintenance, insurance, gas, and payments. It was fine but then life kicked in and couldn't afford it anymore.

51...... in 6 days. This list may blow your mind.
As a poor person:
1969 Plymouth Valiant (had to pump the brakes; very scary)
1976 Plymouth Volare (clogged aspirator and bad rear differential; scary)
1984 Renault Encore (throw away car; lasted 4 years; dangerous brakes and clutch)
now I start getting smart. As a money earning person:
1986 Nissan Hardbody pickup (sold it 10 years later for the same $ I paid)
1989 Toyota Corolla Wagon
1996 Mazda 626 (too many Ford parts ruined the car; a deer did the rest)
2003 Malibu Maxx (great car;GM mechanics botched a repair and ruined it)
2009 Pontiac Vibe (Corolla in GM clothing)
2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring
2007 Honda Fit (my first ever Honda)

29, 2013 Honda Fit base
This was my first new car. I've previously owned an ancient Honda (don't even remember what it was), and then more recently a 96 Acura TL.
I love the size of my Fit; it's basically a perfect "fit" for me. My only real complaint is the lack of highway power, but it is something I expected when I chose this car.
