Age 67, can pass for 40 in pitch black room
1958 Ford, big block V-8
1966 Ford Falcon straight 6
1971 Pinto, 2000 CC, first 4 cyl car, first new car
1977 Toyota Corolla SR5 Liftback
1978 Ford Fiesta
1986 Honda Civic Si hatch (all time favorite)
1996 Toyota Tacoma truck, 4cyl, auto, still have it
Am looking for 2012 Fit, hopefully early next year
I think I'm kinda of the odd ball for my generation. Everyone had big block Chevys or what have you, and I got interested in little 4 cyl cars in 1971, when I worked as a driver for a title insurance company. They had a Dodge Colt (Mitsubishi) wagon that I thought was fun to drive. Got me hooked, so wanted to buy little car, wanted American, got the Pinto cuz it had German SOHC engine. Have gone from there, still love my little cars. If I lived in Japan, I'd be "kei guy". heh

You had a '90 Ford Fiesta? That was the one made in Korea?? I had that POJ '78 Fiesta. Had that great 1600 cc engine, "sport suspension", but it would drown out in the rain (they could never fix it), speedo never worked right, at 110,000 miles it was j u n k. Arghhhhhhhhhhh Bought my Honda after that, night and day, Bro.

45 here. Love my Fit and don't miss the Acura TL it replaced (no, really)... not sure why the cars list - but in chronological order as best as I can remember - 74 Nova, 67 Impala, 73 Beetle, 84 LTD, 88 Ram 50, 81 K5 Blazer, 80's Civic Wagon, 81 C10, another 80's GMC truck, umm umm, VW Fox, 88 GMC Conversion Van, 90's Ford Econoline Conversion, 80's Toyota PU, 99 Cavalier, 96 F150 (gone but by far mny favorite truck), 04 Acura TL... Now the Fit - which is probably the most practical car I've had since having the Civic Wagon. Also hanging out here is an '03 Escort, 06 Explorer (GF's dad worked at Ford :-P) and my mid-life crisis toy in lieu of a Harley - a 67 LTD (still in need of resto)
... at the moment, the Fit is the only one I haven't turned a wrench on.. but at 1,700 miles I guess that's to be expected.
