Fit CAR NAMES
Like some other posters have said, the best car names are the ones given to the car by other people. (friends, relatives, strangers, ect.)
My nickname with my friends is "Fifth Street" so I think my car might be end up being called "Fith"
Other suggestions are, "Devilfish" or "Piranha", reasons (very nerdy) for which I won't go into.

NBP fit
My fiance and I just got our Fit after my Chevy Blazer was killed from behind at a red light. It was the first time either or us had a new car, or picked out our own car, so we were really excited driving it home. It's also my first Japanese car, so I immediately pictured it speaking to us in a older Japanese voice, along with subtitles: "Hello, who are you? This doesn't look like Suzuka... someone moved my steering wheel.... fixing quickly please"
We named it Akira, although I was partial to Tetsuo, if only so I could have an excuse to find a horn which would blare:
"KAAaaaa-NEeEEEE-Daaaaa!"

Only had the little thing for six days now . . . but in an e-mail to my brother-in-law and his wife (who drives a Taffeta White MT Basic Jazz) in Australia, I referred it as "The New Beastie".

The two young(3-8)kids my mom babysits, named my Fit Ski-Bo lol..Totally random but really funny! Whenever they see my car they get all excited and yell "Hey theres Ski-Bo!" lol.
well i sold the red one in july and got another fit sport in late aug a taffy white one. i'm a big fan of red vs blue a halo parody series and i named it after a member of team red "DONUT" lol
Ok, a fun question...(and yes, fun is subjective)...Who here has named their Fit, or is planning to name her/him? And what is the name? I come from a long line of 'car-namers' in my family history...so I can't help it, it's genetic. lol
For example, my first car in the 80's was Mimi (the mighty Micra)...then I had Max (the multi/stanza), then a curiously un-named Nissan Axxess, and I'm now driving 'Xena.'
And then there was 'Wally the Whale' (a big ole caprice classic station wagon) and 'Bugs' (yes, a Rabbit), etc., etc., that were all family cars.Anyone else?
