I look at ways to improve the looks of the car by keeping some things subtle, other things tasteful and other things the way it "could've" looked from the factory with a bit more cooking.

I also see what others have done here too, I mean think about it, what's an original idea nowadays anyways

My motivation for modifying, really there isn't anything. No matter what car I have owned, they were modified to some extent and the Fit is no different from all my previous Hondas. I don't look at it as wasting money, I look at it as enjoying my car more than how Honda delivered it to me and as long as I have a passion for driving, really driving, than this car and future ones will be modified to what my wallet will allow.

I never did tint until I purchased the Fit and then it woke up the inner tuner in this older lady! LOL! I have to say that Marcs MR Fit in Siphon magazine was the inspiration that sent me over the edge. I love! love! driving my Fit with modifications and not driving a car that looks like everything out there on the streets. Makes life fun and hey my favorite moto is " I'd rather drive a slow car fast, than a fast car slow".

I think an in dash beer tap would be a useful and original mod.

Hmm, I gotta get one of those UK Jazz refrigerated glove boxes for sure. Nothing beats a cold Hiney.

It's fine in flip-flops, sneakers, casual shoes. In my thick soled, bulky combat boots to/from work, it's bearable, but not great.

Yes, STTICH's car is fantastic, it was once my motivation as well! However even he is selling his car now.
