I had the same experience. They might as well be staffed with chimps who would be trained to answer same basic questions (yes it does have abs and blue tooth. we offer 5% financing.).
I asked one woman if she knew what coefficient of drag the Fit hybrid had. She never heard what that was and was trying to give me all other irrelevant info instead like that it has good cargo space,

 

Found these as to the sedan the one is the actual City being released in India looks closer to a Civic then the Fit. Second one actually does not look bad not sure if the windshield is shorten.

I was hoping that someone at Honda would be at the show, the people that normally work the booths are from a vendor who normally just knows the most basic of details

You can't ask them drag coefficiencies, they don't know anything about those but should be at least able to look it up

off topic question : does the 2014 fit and GE share the same suspension or not ?

 

same type of suspension. ie macpherson strut front and solid beam rear but not interchangeable as far as exact parts go.

 

I wonder if the seats and center console are interchangeable?

Seats maybe but that center console looks slightly wider than the GE's

We probably will not get the center console was it the GD3 center console offer in Japan had the compartment and the USA version did not?
