Got another mystery sighting downtown, this time a blue one with a CF hatch. Where would you even get a CF hatch?

I caught it going down 5th ave sw at just after 1:00 pm. It caught my eye at first because I thought it was a black damage replacement hatch or something, but I am pretty sure it was a CF. I am going to keep my eyes open to see if it goes by tommorow around the same time.

 

anyone asked how much is the Seibon body kit? around $1500? and also anyknow how much is the whole car paint job might cost?

 

i heard people says, if you crash your car with the carbonfiber hood, it would chop off your head? since the hood wont bend like normal would. have you guys heard of that too?

yeah Ive seen CF in an accident, even though the material properties of CF with the epoxy resin are extremely strong, it doesn't mean it won't fracture and break.

Just make sure you tighten those bolts so it doesn't fly off

 

lol I've seen the aftermath of hood latch not secured down before...Imagine going 60 and WHAM hood smacks into your windshield...it wasn't pretty

 

hey, if you want to make sure your CF hood is secured get some hood pins i dont really like em but its SAFE

 

Hey guys, so I've been lurking around here for a couple months. Just got my Fit back in April and starting to see alot more in Calgary now. Surprisingly I rarely see one around my neighborhood.
