come on, the fit is just slow in the straight
cornering is alright but so many other cars can do better
it does have lots of room though lol
Hurry up and get the S2k and sell me your goods!

MB a turbo Fit will feel like your CRX

Sorry guys, I let you down again Don't have time to work on the decal, but I promise I will get it done tomorrow...

Whoo Hooo, I got my Fujita CAI today!

Interestingly enough I am still waiting on my wheels and springs
If I can't get my wheels this week I will have to re-install my snow tires cause I need to drive like 4 people plus gear out of town this weekend. I am pretty sure I will distroy my tires with that much weight in the car

lol, this is the only pic you get for now I was going to put it in this Friday, but now I am probably going to install it sometime next week. I don't want to gum up the new filter this weekend when I hit the gravel roads.

I live both too... I can't really decide which one i like more.. but i think if I had to make a choice I'd probably go with the first one without the silhouette of the Fit.. would that 2nd logo be pretty difficult to make with a vinyl decal?

I'm not sure yet, but I'm sure he can do it. The lines might be a smidge thicker and the dots for the LEDs would probably be removed, but the silhouette should still look similar...

hi guys...i got the tanabe gf210's on monday (3 week wait), and the ride is great. frm, but not rough. drop is nice, leaves about 1" all around..body roll is non-existant on hard cornering..eemmm now a bit nervous about the tires sticking.... ha ha

with just me in the car, no rubbing....but with a passenger, light rubbing on the passenger front (1.5" drop) on bumpy left turns or in the craters on the curb side of the roadway....rear seems fine anytime (.9" drop). i am running +45 195/50/16. and shaved rear fender brackets..i hear the fits with the eibach pro kit experience the same issue, so anyone have any ideas how i can elminate the front rub? it is not bad, and i was driving the car hard, but i would like to eliminate...
thoughts?

You could take out the plastic inner fender wells...

I am quite surprised that you are rubbing... even with a +45 offset and 16" rims.

From what I've gathered, it must be because the diameter of the rim being 1" bigger than the 15" ones make the wheel that much more square... is 195/50R16 the right size for the Fit? Should it not be 205/45R16 instead? This would give a lower profile to the tire and possibly cure the problem..

I've been told by many other members and vendors that with 15's you can get away with a +38 offset with 195/55R15 tires without any rubbing issues..

My rims are on the way.. Enkei RPF-1 15x7 +41mm offset wrapped in General Exclaim UHP 195/55VR15s

I was guaranteed that I wouldn't rub with my drop.. I guess we'll have to see how good this guarantee is!

Ahhhhh!! you are scaring me! I am putting the same springs into my car, but I will be running slightly larger 205/40/17 (+45).

Lucky for you the front fender can be rolled if needed too, the back fender can't because of the high plastic bumper. BTW, is it rubbing on the fender or the inner well?

So the 195's r .5" /12mm taller, so the 205's would probably help on the front 4 sure... but the 205 is .6" /10mm wider so i maybe then i am rubbing on the back..i was rubbing on the back with 205 & 195 with a +42, so then went +45 and eliminated the rubbing on the back with 195's..

don't think removing the inner fender will work as most of the issue is when the wheel is turned, hard lefts..

so question for anyone...is anyone running the 205/45/16 +45 without rubbing??? lowered or stock? i haven't tried this set up.............yet
