Hey George,

The bulbs or ballasts on my 3000k H11s went out last week and I just got them in January. Can you get back at me about what I need to do to get them replaced? I don't have the order number off hand but I can get it from paypal if you need it.

I can't get my HIDs to light up...there's nothing to connect to the stock socket...I ordered the H4's for my 2009 fit...this is frustrating.

Duh, I figured it out. Feel like a moron.

Also, to anyone purchasing...Get the hi and low beam hid...I made the stupid mistake of only ordering low. Now I have no high beams. Live and learn I guess.

Hey George....if I order the bi-xenon bulbs, 6000k, will they work with existing ballasts? Or will I have to order the whole kit? I can't live without hi beams.

Thanks.

Moltisanti2009: Oh great, glad to hear you figured everything out. What did you end up having to fix or do to get them to work? If you have any other problems let me know I'll be glad to help you out. And yes, you can get the Bi-xenons anytime later down the road and they will work with your current ballasts, you just need new bulbs.

I had two wires wrong where you plug them into the stock plug. I thought I tried every combination but I guess I did. I took a break, came back, and tried again and my first try was a success. I felt so stupid, haha.

Oh haha, the wires in the socket? Well they should come ready to plug, you shouldn't have to take them out to rewire unless there was an error on the manufacturer's end. We'll ask them about it, but I'm glad to hear you figured everything out on your own. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns, thanks.

Well, I can't live without high beams, so I went ahead and ordered the hi/low hids....actually got a whole kit since it could be had for just 35 more than buying just the bulbs...this way, I can take my current low beams only and have a better chance of selling them since it's a whole kit.

Couldn't justify getting the bi-xenons since i have already had to order two kits, lol.

Kicking myself for not buying the hi/low the first time, but oh well. Live and learn!

Thanks again George! Can't wait to get them.

The H4-2 6000K setup is out of stock. We are receiving a new shipment this week however so we can get that set out to you then. I do apologize for the delay. If there is anything else please don't hesitate to contact me via PM or e-mail (george@xenithxenons.com). Thank you.
