when I am having internet problems, and call the company why do they instruct me to go to their website to solve the problem?

why do some people wipe the shit off their ass and throw the toilet paper in the trash can but complain about the smell when someone farts in an elevator?

flush your toilet paper down the toilet, poo in a can is never acceptable
