There is a fellow Buckeye that will be owning a Fit, most likely closer to late Summer. A Dayton/Cincinnati area dealer will be receiving my business. Currently driving a 1999 Honda Civic HX, and get great mileage with it, which is great, because I drive 325-miles/week to and from work.

Cool;I just filled the wife's Accord and it cost $43.00 I think it is time for a change. She works for Honda of America in Marysville and her weekly drive is about the same;roughly 35 miles one way

Talking

Thats cool.. more than likely i'll get the 5spd, i think the paddles would be kinda awkward to shift on tight turns, still kudos to honda.. i'm awaiting the dealership in marion to call me monday with price for upcharged hfp rims.i told my wife i haven't felt this way about a car in a long time...

hey all, glad i found this place..well im proud to say that my family was the first purchase and take delivery of our 1st of 2 honda fit sport models, my mother picked up her black fit last thursday with trading in her 1997 civic with 150 thousand and change miles on it, my storm silver fit is still in japan right now being built and will take delivery close to the end of may, ill be giving up my 05 accord, its all about the fuel mileage game now, glad to see my fellow ohioans are becomeing part of the fit community, once we get enough ohioans in fits, we need to schedule a fit meet somewhere, talk to yins laters...brad

When I go from driving the wife's Accord to the Civic or the S;I constantly want to disengage the clutch.

It's like riding a bike once you learn you never forget

So that puts you at around dublin right? Thats where I am.
I did two co-ops at Honda, marysville. Graduating in June.

I have decided to get a fit after driving it the other day. For me its a daily driver thats relatively fun to drive but above all had good versatility and fuel economy. I have a turbo RX-7 as my fun gas guzzler so this fit is replacing my 1990 toyota corolla with 265k miles.

This week i will be ordering a blaze orange or vivid blue MT sport. one of the first things i'm doing is an HID headlight conversion.

can one of you tell me what headlights your fit has? are they H4 bulbs?

Nope we're in Del-a-hell .

No FiT yet....I'm still trying to convince the wife they are "cute" enough to drive.

Been thinking about replacing my 5 speed 97 RAV4 with either a 5 sp. CR-V or a 5 sp. FIT sport. The Fit is 3/5 the CR-V price and claims 1.4 times the gas milage.

The FIT was lots more fun than the CR-V on yesterday's test drive.

Got to have room for stuff, and seating for the family.

I thought the FIT would be to low for me to be comfortable in , but I think I'm changing my mind.
