Honda selling drivers dream property!

Got my Fit, my Suzuki SV650, need a dirtbike and a Baja Prerunner truck and a WRC-ready WRX STi...
AND THIS PIECE OF PROPERTY!!!
(and the funds for maintenance, property taxes, etc.)
I'll just move into one of the offices - I'm sure there's a bathroom somewhere onsite?
First thing I'll do is remove that speed limit sign!
