Yeah, I never understood that either.

I mean, every car/driver there is above the tyres capability right off the bat.

i also just emailed Hard Race

"Hello!
My name is ▓▓▓▓▓ and i have a full race honda fit (2008 model). The oem front control arm bushing are too soft and starting to tearing... i see you guys offer the ENTIRE front control arms with all the bushing already in place. how much harder are they from oem? I see it says hard rubber as an option. I need them to stand up to road racing. Also, what is the price per entire control arm with all the bushing already pressed in? what all bushings does this include? all of them? thanks a bunch. many other honda fit owners will be very interested in this reply. I really need this soon. thanks!"

man, these are WAY better than that spc crap. those spc bolt are to be replaced with new ones every alignment. mine wouldnt even hold an alignment anymore.

these H&R are beautiful. almost 2x the cost of spc but hell, do it right the first time (second in my case). Also all alignment techs are just BAFFLED and get sooooooo confused on how to use the spc bolts and the tabs on them and such. just pisses me off because i can do it and have to explain and they still dont get it. these new HR ones are idiot proof and soooooo simple to use. strong as a meth OX too.

It evens out the playing field. Tom Liang's K20-powered ED Civic Hatch did pretty well. Used 195/55/15.

Check out his video:

well if you search the entire internet lol, the only place I could find the EXACT part number was from Options Auto Salon - Sport Compact Car Performance Parts

heres the exact link

I went with the upper one because my skunk2 pro c coilovers top hole is oval'd by default to adjust camber, in conjunction with the bolt, I have seen my camber go all the way to -3.8° so it seems like it works well lol

and heres my alignment sheet. their printer was running out of ink so I had to darken it

my only complaints are the rear. not sure if that's a false reading or what but I only had them touch the front. Nothing is bent in the rear. Im thinking bushing or maybe my coilover perch moved up... ? lol ill fix it

remember in japan the GE came out in 2008, i hope they figure that out and can realize they need to quote you on gd stuff too, they look like they are good at building parts, just real crappy at maintaining a website

j crim - you need to post (track) pics and videos in this thread, it's kinda bumming me out

J.... As always seems like you been busy with the Fit...

BTW you might consider a bit of toe out in the front the Fit helps with track in

Also have you had your car corner balanced yet? That might be the issue you are having with the odd camber in the rear... Just a thought...

Also my Fit is the shop getting hail damage repair... but once its done I promise to post pics with the 225 up front... got'em mounted today

I fixed the issue by getting rid of those crappy SPC bolts and installed the H&R triple C ones for the front. they are way simple to use in the eyes of alignment tech and much stronger looking IMO. the rear was off due to the alignment machine. Had it re-checked on a different one it it was fine. The alignment is perfect now. Im not going to toe out just yet because I feel that this alignment is just about right on the money. I will know when I get to the track next by viewing tire pressure and tire heat.

NICE on the 225, you better post pics!!! you will love it! except straight line speed.. llol you loose a little pick up but you make it all back PLUS tons more in the turns. the stability in turns is amazing too.

Ive been focusing on my k swap here lately. I will post pics later this weekend. Gotta install some goodies ^_^
