MMMmmm.... Miata is looking sexy! If I were serious about changing AutoX classes I think it would have to be to STR, but S2K or NC miata is the really hard choice for me

I look forward to that! I'm still no where near what you did with yours, but I'm considering making a thread to log for this years AutoX season... HOPING to have the car to a level of prep where I can take it to nationals in a somewhat competitive trim

 

heck yeah! build it around a class. You will have the most competitive fun really. unless you want to race super unlimited hahaa which gets ridiculous!

 

I totally am! Building it for Street Touring FWD at the moment. The FlashPro was a big help, but I'm not even at the 75% prep level yet. Still engineering suspension, settling on rims/tires, need to fab final exhaust, race seats...

IF the class doesn't last (low national participation ) I will end up looking to go to Street Modified Fwd, which means gutted and either swapped or boosted

just wanted to drop in and say hello and give you guys some updates on my progress. Got a killer deal on a hardtop 2 weeks ago, it was black so I had it repainted yellow.
Just picked her up and put her on this morning. Color match is perfect. I am very happy I chose yellow over black.
