Hey everybody, you may know there have been massive wild fires in Texas and I'm driving through a few areas now taking my step daughter back to college.

Anyways, I just heard that Anderson county, where Texas coyote lives now is under a strict mandatory evacuation because they are in the path of a massive fire.

I just saw the fire and it's huge and moving fast. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Will do, you two be careful out there on the road too. As of 5 o'clock 25,000 acres of land has been burned and 476 houses have been lost to the fire.

 

Step daughter was delivered safely to Huntsville, but we still saw some smoldering areas near there. We went a different way home because of the issues in Anderson. We are back home now and praying for everyone out there. It's really sad. The wifey is keeping up with the progress on Facebook via Texas Storm Chasers.

and Bthasht, that first pic looks pretty good. I love how the red looks. and what kind of camera are you using?

 

I use the new canon rebel and photoshop cs5. That first shot is actually 8 shots at different exposures merged with hdr pro.

 

i really need to get a camera. my phone is not cutting it lol.
