Just messing with ya Cody.

[begins rambling]

I 'memeber when I was working for Walmart from 4 PM to till 1 AM as a Receiving Associate (unloaded trucks, stocked/put out merchandise for those who don't know). I was taking 5 college classes for 4 days of the week and working the other 3, I had to pull all nighters just to get SOME of the study material/homework done and occasionally squeeze in a wash for the Fit before 8:45 AM hit (had to leave for class by that time). I was beat/exhausted and looked like a zombie most of the time then due to lack of sleeping and eating every once and a while. It was interesting driving on less than 2 hours of sleep during those school days, let alone trying to juggle and pass in College Algebra, Trigonometry, Reading Comprehension (some English class), Humanities 1, and BCIS.

[/end rambling]

Hootie, you ramble anytime you can want to man. I can't help but wonder what a guy like you will be doing in 20 years..

I should ramble more often (both on here and when speaking with people), in person I don't talk much at all. haha Mostly due to how I tend to speak fast and stumble/slur words together.

I really don't have a clue what I'd be doing in 20 years so only time will tell. To be honest, I'm surprised that I even graduated from high school (almost lost motivation to even try) and let alone went to some sort of college even though it is sort of a "community" college I guess.

Right now, I'm just focusing on keeping this job and getting these last 3 semesters (fall, spring, and fall) over with so I can get my Associates degree in Automotive Technology. Then after that either try moving on to a dealership job as a tech (if I feel experienced enough), MSR Houston (again, if experienced enough), or maybe enlisting in the Air Force as a mechanic.

I wish I had been as responsible as you when I was your age.

I work one weekend a month when I'm away at school...doing that last year I wasted too much time not on school work and didn't get very good grades.

Hopefully with the new major, roommate and college in general, straight A's will be within reach.

Really? What were you up to around my age (just turned 20 a month ago) if you don't mind me asking? I recall that you enlisted to the Marines and were deployed to Vietnam, but know nothing after that.

I see, I wish the best of luck to you in your studies once you do go back to school. Try to keep your eye on the prize and you'll be able to reach your goal of straight As. What is your new major now?

My welding instructor had a saying he used a lot especially during our welding trips to Corpus Christi, TX or Waco, TX... "If you're going to hoot with the owls at night, you better be prepared to soar with the eagles in the morning." And in the morning 90% of the welding students either were hungover (snuck their own booze in) or passed the fuck out from either partying too hard, gaming all night, or running from other teachers at night after getting/trying to get laid.

lol at the second part.

To answer your question: New Major...I have 2: Criminal Justice and International Studies with an emphasis in National and Global Security (I want to work for the FBI/CIA/big city police in terrorism prevention and response type role)

I was out of the Corps 4 months before I turned 20 and still making up for lost time.. The sexual revolution started while I was in boot camp and I missed out on three months of it.. I was on leave for 20 days a little over a month before going to Vietnam and had gotten a taste of what was happening ..You just turned 20 so I think you understand how it is at that age..

Does that mean ya'll are going Sarah Palin and Fox (so called) News...Get Rush Limbaugh also. Don't forget to lock up the corporate lobbyist and the crooked politicians that take their bribes either. You have my permission to take them all to Guantanamo and water board them all and use them for target practice or maybe throw from a helicopter at 3000 feet or so.. Of course they all should have parachutes as long as they are ones that don't open.

I can't quite say that Dee. Don't want to risk having a little "Hoot" or two roaming around just yet because lets face it, accidents happen... I should know because I am one. Plus some of the things folks do to each other or have is just gross...

On my first week of work, I got hit on by some chubby chick with herps (herpes) on her lip. The "mature" side of me wanted to dive back in the office behind the computer and the regular side of me wanted to see if I could make a sail boat with those boils. O.o Twas very groody... getting chills just thinking of it.

I don't know either, still don't know what to think about this new "system" they added here.

While on the subject of that, TC's had been "#2" for a while.... Even the forum thinks he's the shit when it comes to making educational, entertaining, and philosophical posts. haha
