Anybody else disappointed by the movie "Your Highness" ?? shits weak.
That is a huge loss for a woman your size.... I have weighed as much as 80 lbs more that I now do and found that two 30 minute workouts a day is better that a single workout of 1 hour... I commuted to and from work on a single speed beach cruiser, 13 miles each way and 4 miles each way was on gravel roads.... There were some steep hills on my route also.

I didn't know zombies wrote literature. I guess all that brain-eating has made them smart!
Got my first write up at work today.
Basically, the manager was nit picking about us not placing the oil change stickers on the windshields of vehicles. The crew (3 on oil change, 1 on inspection) and I (included in the oil change count) were backed up trying to properly yet quickly service the cars to get the customers on their way. 2 people were working on the hoods of the vehicles and the remaining 1 was downstairs in the "pit" draining oil, putting on oil filters, checking differentials, transfer cases, etc. I don't quite remember what was said during the altercation because we were hellaciously busy and I blackout when irritated/aggravated but...
I requested that the manager help us out; he promptly walked off to do something else. Frustrated, I said along the lines of "When are you actually gonna do your job?" He says, "Ight, come in here and sign this write up for me. I wave him off and reply, "Nah, I'mma keep working." and kept on doing what I was doing.
Hours later, I check out the write up and the guy mentioned that I wasn't putting oil stickers windshields and customer satisfactions stickers on the customer's paperwork (which is BULLSHIT!) along with "...had smart comment as reply" (which is true
). Now, I'm a major pacifist and hate getting into stuff with people; if the manager would have just written me up for the "smart comment" then I would have just agreed with the statement, signed, and been done with it. However, he (on paper) added on this sticker nonsense... which his big mistake because I make damn sure I put in their respective locations. So instead of letting him screw me over, so I decided to put my own 2 cents on the document.
On the write up, I check the box "I do not agree with the reason stated" and write, "The crew and I were backed up with hoods to work and courtesy to do. *insert name* was not aiding us and seemed to be walking around like he was lost at the moment." Signing my name, dating it, taking photos of it as evidence to cover my ass, and later mentioned this ordeal to the supervisor once the shop was closed up...
This upcoming Monday is going to be pretty interesting.
