Body work is damned expensive these days. Figure $500. It might be less but depends on paint, etc.

I guess you busted your tire too? Still not getting how the fender got damaged up so high...a curb? How does a curb dent the top of the wheel well?

The body work is minimal, what happened was the suspension was hit out of place. Notice how the center of the wheel isn't in the middle of the wheel well. The tire is gone, the wheel needs to be replaced, and some suspension components probably broke. It's going to cost several grand to repair.

Hey Chawee, I don't think it will cost as much as you think... The control arm, possibly axle need to be replaced along with the wheel.. they might have to pull the frame structure straight and of course the wheel and body work.... You may want to replace all of the wheels with some aftermarket ones that appeal to you because you will get screwed on the price of stock OEM pieces... I was thinking about you and the crazy duck again... When I came back from town a few minutes ago, about 4 or 5 huge crows began to circle me as I got out of my car and dove at me one at a time while making a hell of lot of noise...

I got a little bored tonight. What happens when I get bored? I do pointless shit just for the hell of it. Tonight's example is me painting some spare XBOX 360 Controller buttons I had laying around. I painted them black and then coated them with matte clear. I only sprayed the visible parts so as not to alter fitment and because it made the buttons easier to identify when putting the controller back together.

This shot reminds me of a time in my high school welding class when someone got their boxers ripped off by a wire wheel on a 7k RPM angle grinder.

I was going to PM you to see how you were doing... With the weather being all depressing and nasty I am staying inside a lot more and munching out too much... I'm going to go outside for awhile just to be away from the kitchen....

I finally ran yesterday (hadn't ran in like a week because of the weather) but only 1 mile. Looks like today's weather is good enough for me to put in the full 2 miles. I'm kind of excited. I need to do it, especially since some kid brought me cookies and I've had quite a few, lol.

Must. Not. Eat. More. Cookies.
