I know right? There must be something in the blood stream... I can see them now at a table chatting.

Zombie 1: Hey, what do you have over there?

Zombie 2: Oh, just a bit of battered scientist with a side of toddler tatters. You?

Zombie 1: That's whats up. I got some infant rings with bit of a ex-con artist lightly seasoned in anthrax. Its pretty good.

Hey guys, I got a super small ding on my car (from my best friend ) and I really want it out. What do you think I can do? (aside from going to a shop)

Yeah the picture blows but it shows that it's tiny but it is HORRIBLE. Help!

Either find a reputable paintless dent repair place and have them fix it or ignore it and get PDR years down the road. I have a similar dig on my GD right on the crease (hardest part to fucking dent) of the driver side rear door and will be looking into having PDR done to it (and other dings)... eventually. lol

Dry ice technique.

Also, some guy won't sell me his lowering springs over a $6 difference in price.

WTF.

I am not going to spend my cash on my aftermarket parts, I have loans and a girl to spend it on. Cars come after that, c'mon man.

The ding

Just go park at Wal-Mart and you will have a lot more to go with it. I've given up on trying to keep my baby ding and scratch free. The paint on Hondas truly sucks and I get dings even when I park on the edges of the lot. So whatever, it's my DD and I wash it when I can....a lot different from when I first got it...it's the natural progression of things....

Hootie, what is PDR?

Hootie, what is PDR?

PDR = Paintless Dent Repair

It almost doesn't matter where you go and where you park. Some diggle berry will almost always be right beside you parked in a retarded way. I don't think I'd be able to daily a new car comfortably because of that and considering what 2 of the models are... insurance companies and local PD would love me. [/sarcasm]

Srsly doe.

$6 REALLY?! Looks like he just lost out on a purchaser, time to try and find a new shift knob and some lug nuts!

My contact in Japan can't find any ARC Ti Shift knobs but he found these:

I just asked him what brand they are, once he tells me I'll do some research and potentially purchase it.

They look pretty slick IMO, too bad I can't find ARC, but I refuse to put anything on my car that isn't brand new (unless it won't be seen), well I'd buy used aero...but I'd have it repainted and stuff before mounting it.

/perfectionist.

Not everyone can have real ARC shit But those look close enough. For a good price id grab one. And I typically prefer new to used parts too. Unless I know the used is totally legit.

They don't have any brand at all.

Do not want.

The hunt continues.

I'm really thinking about getting something that people don't ever put on Hondas and getting it re-threaded.

Would be rad.

Off to Game Stop in a bit to debate on picking up Forza 4 or World of Warcraft's Cataclysm expansion pack. More than likely going to lean towards WoW though. :/

Forza is cool and all. But I am a GT snob /thumbs nose.

I am somewhat disappointed that the GE got the snub on GT5. And that "standard cars" cant have their wheels changed
That blew my mind..

Too late, went with WoW.

Might get Forza 4 next week, I'm too cheap at the moment. LOL Ever since I first played Forza 1, I've been converted from Gran Turismo.

I much prefer the physics and tunability with a select amount of cars & tracks over the mass amount of cars & tracks, OK physics, and very generic tuning (IE: 0 to 60 for differential adjustment rather than 0% to 100%, spring rate in Kilos w/o a pounds option, anti-roll bars are 0 through 8 opposed to actual thicknesses in mm, etc.)
