What do ya expect? Its a Fit forum.

They aren't too bad though... do they have actual clips that clip to the door instead of just double sided tape? Don't want your visor to end up flying off one day.

Also: Charlie, do you want visors for the aesthetic or for the function?

I'm on the fence about getting the visors for my Fit...however I think they're really ugly....but having a black car it'd be nice to crack the windows when parked.

You know that I am satisfied with the appearance of any stock Fit and only buy functional stuff... I bought the cheap stick on Mugen copies and they work beautifully If you will benefit from them being on your car I say get a set. ... I don't have to worry about them being stolen or being bad mouthed for not being JDM where I live.. Even JCrimson is off of that trip, at least when I'm around him.

Well they are $30 but with $20 dollar shipping, and unfortunately they are double sided tape ones. I would prefer clips but I haven't seen any around.

And I am a big fan of riding windows down, and with all of the rain we get down here (and crazy heat), they are more for function. I personally don't care about the asthetics of them at all.

I'm growing to be a fan of function, but form is crucial to me too.

Get Honda Access Slim Visors. Flows with the window and body lines (blends in with window tint at some angles), they of course help vent hot air out when windows are cracked under them (the rear windows create a slight vacuum), and if someone tries to drop stuff inside your car they will cut the shit out of their hands.

True.....However I have no intent of tinting it :ninja:

That's 2-300 that could be used for stuff.

It is hotter than hell down here for a great deal of the year so tinted windows are pretty much a necessity. I was pleasantly surprised that the visors I put on my car actually shaded the side windows enough to cool down the interior a bit more when the sun was high in the sky... I will own up to having replaced the tape on a couple of the windows that I hadn't put in place exactly where they should of been and had to remove and stick them back on a second time... It was about a week after I had put the high boost upgrade on that one had started coming loose... I was going a bit faster than most fit owners would be capable of driving their cars at... I sometimes really miss having to row through the gears almost constantly to keep the car moving fast... I don't drive all that fast now that it will do it with ease...

I love how slow it is..and the handling :fap:

I just wish the clutch engagement point was lower to the floor, but I'm getting used to it

I have the same wish.. It wasn't a problem but just a little annoying but now it's hard to engage it quickly enough that I am not slipping the clutch unless I have the electronic throttle controller in a slower setting.

Sure... I have seen it before but having it book marked would be nice... I'm watching Top Gear U.S. and the episode was near Austin... The program is getting better but I really like those crazy Brits.

Clutch Pedal and Clutch Pedal Adjusting Bolt Adjustment (5MT)

I'm going to give a shot some time this week.

And agree on the Top Gear US comments.

I love those Brits.

Thanks Cody.. I believe that could be in the Helms manual that I picked up from a guy a while back... I'm hoping that an adjustment will help or I might have to admit to letting old age slow me down more than I want to own up to.... It's supposed to cool off a little bit here tomorrow and if it does enough that I can stay out in it long enough I'm going to give that a shot... I have a lot of stuff I've got to make fit in very little space.

I need some car wash shampoo and 3 different types of filters so I can get the Fit in tip top shape.

If you do the clutch adjustment lmk how it goes/feels

Hey C, how are you? Glad to see you in a fit. It's hotter than hell here lately but Adele did get a nice bath.

Been doing well, wish I could wash my car I work at night, thus can't wash the car, and its too hot/bright to wash it during the day.
