Just had the T1R quick shifter installed and I would have to say that this is one of the best mods I have done for the Fit so far. Wish they had come out with this a lot sooner. I was considering getting the Mugen short shifter but luckily I waited. If you want bang for the buck, this is the mod to get!
I always thought the Fit's gearbox was a little too loose and sloshy (is that a word?) and the throws were a little long. After installing the T1R quick shifter, the shifting feels so much more precise without being too stiff. The throws are shortened just enough and overall it reminds me of my Si Sedan (I just got one last week
).
Ben, keep up the good work with all the quality products you develop for our Fits. And please start developing stuff for my FA5!
