Belt idler replacement pictures
New bearing pressed into the roller
New bearing is pressed to the roller
"special" tool to take out aftermarket under cover clips
I've recovered some additional pictures I thought were lost and want to post them here:
If alternator pivot bolt is not too tight , itis possible to break it loose from under the car
12 mm socket on the alternator pivot bolt
It is also possible to reach this bolt from the top with swivel socket (u-joint may slip off)
It is also possible to tap on the alternator using soft faced hammer and small piece of wood to pivot it toward the engine
Adjusting bolt and set bolt (12mm); I match marked them for reference before disassembly to assure accurate belt tension adjustment
The roller is a bit tricky to get in
One more view
Two more notes:
The replacement bearing has to be 18,000 rpm rated and have" contact" type seals
The first choice is SKF 6203 2RHS with C3 internal clearance; it is rated at 24,000 rpms

Was just looking for this, thanks!
Update: I require another person's eyes to put the pulley back on. I had to reach from the bottom and had someone from the top align the bolt in place.
