What did you do to the GD Fit today?
I used the bulbs on the second page (post #22) of luismycorreo's thread here: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...formation.html. I bought them from DDM Tuning here: DDM Tuning: HID and LED Lighting.
Morimoto XB LED: T10/194
Re-attached the car interior mirror somebody had accidentally bumped off its place several months ago...
Next steps are a good clean and rework to the TB and to install my buddy club short shifter.

Thanks. think I might pick up a set for myself.
Gratz! If only importing was as easy over here in the US.
Changed my oil and oil filter today. I used Castrol GTX 5W-20 and a Purolator PureOne oil filter.
Went pretty smooth, no issues like the first time I changed my oil, this now my third time. The first time I struggled to get the oil filter off. What works best for me is using channel lock pliers to get the old filter off. I crimp down on the filter right at the very opposite end it screws onto the housing and little by little it budges. Never has an issue doing it this way.
Checking oil level after, I could barely see the oil line on the dipstick because the oil is so clear. I put in the standard 3.8 quarts it says in the Fit manual, a little over 3 quarts and 3/4 mark on the last quart.

Watched my gd3 roll out of the garage, down the driveway and into the street while I was in the house at the window. Needless to say, every pair of underwear I own was shat in simultaneously at that moment. I SWEAR I had pulled the ebrake up when I parked, must have lost my mind.
It does look pretty good in motion though.

None of our other cars have ever rolled backwards like that out of the garage unless pushed, must be the light weight.
Started the valve adjustment process. Took apart everything up to removing the valve cover. I should have ordered spark plugs BEFORE I started, ahh well.
Just to clarify, if I am LOOKING at the passenger side fenderwell to spin the crank, i turn CLOCKWISE. Correct?
edit: Ordered IK22's, new rotors and pads.

Yup... As long as you are PHYSICALLY LOOKING at the front of the engine (from the passenger fender to the center of the car) you turn clock wise. If I remember right you'll see on the cam gear the cylinder indicators go in firing order 1 (says UP on gear)-3-4-2.
I finally got my DC sport headers installed to go along with my DC intake and HFP axel back exhaust, sounds amazing!! Installed a type-R shift knob and civic SI shiftboot the other day along with overhead map lights from an 08 odyssey. I can get the lights to come on when the door opens, but they won't turn on by the switches.. oh well lol.
I
I sprayed some silicone spray on my axle boots and around my door trim. I also placed a Honda PowerFlo Handle Bars Grip decal I picked up from the 80's , JK it was from a swap n shop we happen to have out at a local raceway out here.
