I parked my car last night and came out this morning to find that a spider had figured out how to foil the intricacies of how to overcome the Mugen side vent obstacle and get into my car and set up shop on my dashboard. I figure with how hot it is here now it won' last long inside the cabin.

Hopefully some 1/4 mile runs this summer with a lot of weight reduction, CAI, pullies and weapon r race header (if it ever arrives!)

What wheels/tires did you put on? Size and specs please! I am planning to get the Advanti S1 15x7 wheels with 35mm offset and mount 195/55R15 tires on them. I am afraid there will be rubbing so I am waiting on some good advice from people on here.
I'll try the photo bucket the guy above said. My wheels are silver 16x8 +20 offset step lip on my 07 black GD3, tires are 205\45\16 with green BWR lug nuts, lowered on tanabe DF210 springs, looks clean in my opinion. Before I rolled, pulled\stretched fenders and cut the tabs on the rear, my rubbing has been either eliminated or minimized. Before I had done all that, wheels rubbed like crazy. My wheels look like work miesters but it's not the real thing but it is as good as the actual real ones.i call them Twerk wheels lol hahah aka work wheels look alike. At first I was going for 16x8 +25 jnc 010 but the guy that sold the jnc wheels refunded my money due to some strike at the Haber in cali. So.... I continued my search and found the wheels I have now and very satisfied with them. Good luck on your wheel search. I'll post pixs up soon after I do the photo bucket. My wheels are really called top true brand, I never heard of them but they look great

Yesterday did some basic maintenance and gave the car a quick look over since its about 3 weeks from the next autocross event.

Did an oil and filter change using AmSoil Signature Series 5W30 and a HAMP filter. Then replaced the front brake rotors and pads... while looking at the passenger strut I some how cracked the upper spring seat/mount (where the bearing sits on the strut) so I ordered replacement parts. Glad I caught that, things could have gotten UGLY if something were to have failed on the street or during AX.

After that was done, slapped on the Avanti Storms (15x9, 225/45 Nitto NT01s) for shiggles up front and took a little joy ride. I forgotten how sticky these R comps are...

Finishing wrapping the intake manifold plenum today. Did the runners as well. I'll post another pic when everything is bolted up.

I'm not (yet). Still club racing with a BMW group... So my only classing rules are drive train, induction type (N/A, Boosted, Nitrous), and tread wear.

I REALLY want that strut tower bar/brace.

I've only gotten maybe 2 or 3 poor cell pics of it during the initial test fit. Planning on taking proper pictures when I can afford to finish off the set.

How does the car feel with the intake manifold? Are you using Hondata?

I saw that brace and thought the same thing. I like the way it mounts to the strut tower on the top and side.

I doubt the spoon one I have is doing anything for me.

It actually feels a little sluggish at first, then once the ECU re-calibrates it is better. I am using hondata, I've got my second tune and so far it's night and day compared to not having hondata. A few more tweeks and I should be good to go ;-)

I love it, it was super easy to install and I can definitely feel the difference. I really like the DC Sport products, I have their CAI, headers, and full cat-back and they are all great. Real easy to install, no modifications needed, and the parts hold up really well.

Received my megan racing dual tip cat back exhaust and had only had enough time to install only the axle back, when I have free time, I'll finish the rest of the install, mid and down pipe. Looks really clean imo. I love the dual tip better on the gd3. Sounds low tone, which I like.
