Went to a car meet yesterday for a short while at George Bush park and went home and installed the rest of the megan racing 2 mid pipes and muffler myself, sorta tough removing the old nuts. Without the muffler, the car is crazy loud, like drag strip loud heheh but with it on, it tones it down. Next is probably megan racing headers and down pipe to finish the whole exhaust system. So for, Noticeable on high way, doesn't feel laggy, satisfied with results so for.

Installed these over the weekend, wasn't sure about the quality since they were $40 on Ebay.. but I must say I'm impressed, the quality is very good and the blue LED (especially at night) is beautiful!

I'm curious to way your Fit is "drag strip" loud. I have the MR header, DP, mid pipe, and a generic muffler and it's not that bad. I'll be getting my custom axle back this week but do not expect it to be that much louder. I've def never had any issues hit sound regulations here in San Diego during AutoX either which is set to 93 dB's. Never even a warning (91 or higher).

A couple weeks ago: replaced spark plugs, coilpacks, and the top passenger side engine mount. Changed the oil too.

After the meet, went home to install the megan cat back myself. After installing the first piece that connects to the catalytic converter, I noticed I did not have bolts and nuts to connect the second piece together. So, I went to Home Depot and got what I needed. While driving with just the first piece connected, the sound was crazy loud, IMO drag strip loud, sounds mean but I can't drive around like that, not legal. After installing the rest on, the sound has toned down a lot. Megan has a nice clean sound, I dislike those raspy sounding mufflers. Also, I love the look of the dual tip on the gd3, was difficult to find the axle part, got this used, seller had it for 3 weeks, so it was basically still new. Later I'll get the megan header and down pipe to see if it helps with increasing the throttle sound a bit and flow.

Spent a few hours this past weekend cleaning the interior.
Those floor mats are the original with ~111k on them.

Exterior gets its annual three step detail this weekend.

I'm in the market for some center caps. I want black, and prefer that they be flush with the wheel (i.e. not stick out an inch or so). Any suggestions?

Mounted my rims and gave the Fit a wash today. I also cleaned the engine bay and the interior.

I had a Type One sticker sitting around so I figured I'd put it on. Why do you guys think?

The more and more I see base fits the more I want to strip off the lips on my sport.

They have that rally look to them.

loving the 949's as well.
