Installed these DRL kit, the paint is shit, too thin, lots of nicks, and quite yellow!! have to repaint it to my regular paint shop...lesson to learn : never try paint shop that offers you cheaper but better result...

Ordering springs tomorrow, and Tinting my tail lights soon, think I'm going the film route in case I want to resell later.

Plasti dipped the rear "diffuser" and front spoiler. Also, fixed the nice hole the dealer drilled into my bumper to mount the front plate

Want to plasti-dip my rear diffuser but thinking of using black gloss paint over the plasti-dip.

Mines been on there for almost a year now with no problems. Plastidips super durable when applied thick and the matte finish looks excellent. Even if you do decide to use paint I would say go with a matte finish.

I think the hardest part was taping everything off. I made the mistake of leaving the tape on til it was fully dry and ripped the plasti dip off with the tape lol. Second attempt was much better

Got started with this:

https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...-controls.html

I actually bought the Navi buttons too, but found out during reassembly that I needed a different set of wheel covers to accomodate the Navi buttons, so had to order those parts. I've installed the music controls already, just haven't done the wiring run from the clockspring to the back of the radio.

You should give it a shot. Total cost for the plasti dip and tape were $11 and if you don't like it peel it off
