Changed oil , tranny fluid and cabin filter. all 3 were dirty! 26,000 miles on the odometer and the tranny fluid was already brown. I have owned it 13 months

Oh well, got them installed for $350 overall!! VERY VERY smooth, extremely quiet, and a ton of grip! I think I found my new tire of choice.
That's what you said about the HP's.

I've never heard good things about the Ziex 512.

On the altimax, I only dug as far as the tire type.

On these tires, which are actually Ohtsu FP6000's (Falken DC'd and sold to Ohtsu I think), I actually searched via tire size on the web.

Apparently the 50,55, and 60 series of these tires are pretty reasonable. EDIT I found a Miata website doing a short review of them. a set of 205/55/15s were used on a set of 7.5 wide rims with decent results

I definitely learned my lesson. Dont believe the hype or overall reviews, dig into specific sizes!

This bit into my wallet, but I do feel a lot better with these tires. Not spongy, quiet, and very smooth.

I guess this is the continuation of the phrase "Shit Happens"

new tires feel great!

New exhaust! 2" catback with 2" cherrybomb glasspack, and a Thrush Turbo 2" offset.

Sounds pretty good, and I found a shop who did excellent work for only $225. They do lower prices because they take your old piping and scrap it

You just spent $225 on your exhaust but you don't even have a crappy phone camera?

My phone works plenty fine.

Im not going to do a exhaust clip or video. My buddy said he wants to do it. If it doesnt happen, probably not gonna be a clip ever.

Took my new '13 FIT Sport w/ navigation to the shop that always installs my hand controls 70 miles north of my city. Car got 42mpg@75mph. The car was surprisingly quiet. No road noise. Just a little wind swirling.

I did the exact same setup on a 1.5L a long time ago I will say I was impressed with the sound. It was deepish, not ricey at all. I got the Thrush Turbo for free but was pleasantly surprised.
