Lol.. Yeah he's not the most responsive guy in the world. Let's just say being persistent to borderline annoying is the only way to get him to answer. I had to send the same email to him 3 times within a few days to get one reply. Oh yeah and no more than one question per email or he just glazes over it.

Good luck ;p

Pricing here in Japan for this tire would have cost me about $68 more not to include the rebate and that's only because the ¥ is exchanging at 121/1. They are listed at ¥20000/tire.

This is the top dog of the Extreme Summer Performance tire at this time, possibly until new releases from BFG, Yoko and Kuhmo are dropped later this year. From feedback I have heard, it is as close as you can get to an S tire while still being rated for street duty.
Way jelly. RE71R look too cool for school man.

Come on over, I got the peanut butter. I'm curious to put them to work. Hope to bring out 3 sets of my wheels to a track day and compare as best as I can AD08Rs, Rivals and the RE-71Rs, granted track temp will probably be different between 3 sessions, but it would be cool to see the differences. Though at the same time, all are slightly different sizes (225/45(f) 205/50(r), 215/45 (f&r) and 205/50 (f&r)).

Glad it's working now. Strange...

I used the supplied velcro to stick it to the top of the steering column, behind the wheel and below the gauges.

Nope, he meant Revo. They make a short shifter for the Fit.

I've seen these before, and always wondered: What do you get from a scangauge? What information is there that I couldn't get before?

The most important feature for me is the ability to clear error code (CEL/Engine check light).

for the gauge, this is what I can remember out of top of my head,
intake temperature, water temperature, Volt (charging), timing advance, open or closed loop, some setting related to fuel cut off, fuel consumption, distance before empty (fuel), rpm, MAP pressure, etc etc...

Trip, short trip and instant mpg all on one screen is a game changer. Fuel level is almost as good.

Thanks for the heads-up, this is a good deal for anyone that needs Bridgestones!

The RE760's that I want are on sale but I don't need them yet
