Any other suggestions on what to look into? Not many rims in my ~$250 price range are very appealing.
I was looking at doing custom order 18" Work 11Rs but decided to just have my PF01s done gloss black instead to show off my future big brakes F/R.

I'm having my rear shaved trim painted white along with my new JDP OEM+ wing.

Are you talking about iLL Roller? You mean the guy who still drives that car exactly how it was pictured? I just saw that car Saturday.

Should look good! I was considering PF01's as well but they look a bit "off" compared to CR-Kai's. Are you still going with the Mugen rear? It'll look beautiful with the garnish done as well.

Hm, kinda figured he sold the car since he never updated on what was happening with the sale. Anyway, would you just so happen to know how bad the rubbing is on his setup?

No idea on that. Look back at his pic thread I assume someone has asked. Either way fender rolling is cheap.

Couple steps ahead of you, already looked into all of his posts lol.
After looking through many fitment threads I should be fine with the NUE's, if anything there will be some rubbing up front on turns. Back should be fine after some rolling.

Two more pics from yesterday:

Mugen rear and sides, JDP OEM+ wing, and Modulo front lip / bumper bits

I think the PF01s look off because the spokes don't go into the lip like the CR-Kais. You think that's it?

The lug area is what weirds me out about the wheel.

I think it's how much thinner the spokes are compared to the CR-Kai's. Other than that, they're fairly similar.

Thanks haha. I don't mind how it sits now, I'm just tired of having darker colored rims. Plus, Momo's are heavy for no reason.
And, well... I've always liked the simplicity of NUE's (the machined finish is hawt too)

How about just powdercoating them...white, teal, green, bronze, etc.

They only look good in the current color they are; I already thought of refinishing them.

Did you get your JDM rear emblem on yet?

I put my shaved white trim and emblem on the car on Saturday. Definitely a different look!

You have a picture of it? I haven't been sure on doing the JDM emblems cause I feel like they might clash once I get the NUEs.

^ I might end up doing it later down the road when I know for sure. Looks good though!

In other news, I couldn't help dipping into my rim fund (I also decided on a different set of rims, but that's not so important) so I have a couple things on the way. I'll update when all of it is actually here / installed and it's not all just talk
