I had a question about the LX vs the EX on the outside. Will the LX have the rear spoiler?

Yes, they both have the same rear spoiler.

The LX has some underside bits to improve aero. But we have only heard about but not yet seen these.

Thanks. I guess I will have to wait until Honda updates their site so I can compare the difference in cosmetics. If the LX looks similar to the EX then maybe the LX might be the way to go. I really don't need a moon roof and paddle shifters. I can live without the proximity entry and push to start. But the upgraded audio and lane watch really impressed me when I test drove the EX.

I found it interesting that Honda didn't delete the spoiler on the LX model as they usually do. I'm not a fan of plastic ticky-tacky stuff but in this case it might have been left because it actually improves mileage a bit. Honda was probably pretty motivated to get at least one Fit model over 40MPG.

The owners' manual shows that you have to remove a shroud just to change the oil so apparently the aero bits under the car are rather extensive.
