Just pulled the trigger on another Axion Industries order: Progress rear sway, Tanabe Sustec Frt tower Bar, EBC Slotted rotors on the way!

By the end of July I should have my major suspension mods completed along with the brakes upgrade (pads, ss lines, rotors)

Installed a Progress rear sway bar two days ago, and it works great. Car is much more stable now, though I haven't had a chance to find a proper twisty road and see what the over/understeer balance is like.

The label on the factory axle (driver-side) was rubbing against the Megan front swaybar when wheels were turned in full-lock position..

I also just pulled the trigger on the progress rear sway bar thing, and the Megan front sway bar but now I am worried about the rubbing. how much of a drop did you add on the KWs?

Installed EBC brake rotors and EBC Greenstuff pads today. Braking feels way better now. I ordered the kit for the 2013 Fit and it "Fits" just fine.

The kit is S2KF1295 and comes with rotors, pads, and a satchet of brake grease.

Hi guys! New here, I'm from the Philippines.

Just changed my rims and tires, put on new lowering springs. (Maxspeed)

Question: Anyone experienced the front rims poking out? My rim specs is 16x7 ET45 tire specs is 205/50/16.
It is poking out a little bit at the front, back fits perfectly.

Yeah. Mine poke out a little bit, too. I'm using 15x6.5 ET45 tires 205/55-R15. I haven't experienced any rub, but I'm not lowered.

Hello GK owner,

I plan to buy The Mugen Sports Rear Luggage Mat for Honda Fit GK (3rd generation),
but I am going to use it on my Honda Fit GE (2nd generation).

The main reason is the GK version now including the rear mat for behind the rear seat. The problem is I don't know whether it will fit the Honda Fit GE,
particulary because it is hang by using the metal bar that hold the rear head rest.

So I need owner of GK who is kind enough to help me get this following measurements:
a. The spacing between the holes for the metal bar to goes through on the LEFT rear seat head rest and RIGHT rear seat head rest.
b. The spacing between the holes for the metal bar to goes through on the CENTER rear seat heat rest
c. The DISTANCE between the right holes on the LEFT rear seat head rest and the left holes on the CENTER rear seat head rest.

If all the measurement above are similar or close to my GE head rest holes, then I will buy it.

Thank You in advance.

Here is another picture to more understand the situation:

good job! yah, modern FWD based cars have wider stance on the front it seems. you can balance that out with:

1. camber bolts on the front and give it -2 degrees.
2. run 5mm spacers with steel lugs on the rear to push them out a tad..unless you want to go ahead and replace to longer studs, run 8mm on the rears.

Recently deleted the rear wiper assembly. I hated the fact that dust collects on the wiper and feared the rear window being scratched. Instead of doing the vertical wiper mod, I went ahead and removed the wiper assembly all together. Still need to find a better rubber plug for the hole in the tailgate it self but used an OEM part from the base model GK in Japan to cover the hole for the rear trim piece.

The part used was 74895-T5A-Z01 and can be ordered through the link below. It costed me about $11 shipped and two weeks.
https://www.amayama.com/en/part/honda/74895t5az01

Also wrapped the upper portion of taillights in carbon fiber vinyl, added OEM red Honda badge and 2012 Fit Sport wheels off my wife's car since we are selling it to make way for a CR-V.

Like the clean look and OEM red badge. Nice find on the rear wiper delete plug. Thanks for sharing the link.
