I was thinking about bringing sandwich fixings, some meat, cheese, bread, mayo, mustard, etc. I'll have my daughter and maybe 1 other friend with me.
8:00 in Dublin is EEEEVILL, but I'll do my best to make it there with some cushion before the 8:30 taking off point.

 

Bring minimal, and easy to pack, we aren't going to be cooking at all. Bring lots of bottled water, and tire repair kit (the insta-can from pep-boys) Fix-A-Flat works wonders in case of an emergency, I may take my spare tire, but I don't want to bring it at the same time.
