Speed limiter - yes or no?? Easy to check. On downhill road press "pedal to the metal" and see what the top speed is going to be. ("Dyno" could be the place since there's no drag)
My money on : no speed limiter

if there is anymore talk in this thread about the damn rev limiter, other than the question that was asked if it was removed if it was there... then I am deleting all the posts that talk about the rev limiter. I wasnt told anything by oscar so we have to wait for him to chime in when he gets back from CO

I'm surprised that the car can actually go that fast. Must be going down a 45 degree road with a 120 mph tail wind! (that's how I did 60 mph on my bicycle!) Can the SC car do that speed on the flat? (staying on topic!)

Whoa Whoa Whoa! Looks like it got crazy over the holidays in here!

Happy New Year everyone!

I will let questions be re-asked, because I do not want to try to pick through the battles on the previous pages.

1. the 'estimated' price of the intercooler add on for the a/t base kit?
2. how have the other test mules been doing so far as far as reliablity goes?
3. a reputable place to get custom pistons and rods to better handle the stress of F.I. that you folks know of that you'd reccomend?

Gracias!

1. I do not have an estimated price at this time... Sorry

2. All of our cars in testing have been doing very well. The extensive testing has allowed us to fine tune the kit.

3. Why are you tearing your engine down?

1. thanks, figured it was worth a shot

2. excellent news!

3. pistons and rods and the replacing of them seems to be a generally good thing to do when it comes to F.I.. I know you guys have extensivley tested the kit, but i was just wondering what your response would be. But i guess i have nothing to worry about huh? Which if thats the case, even better (and cheaper) for us!

I went to the Kraftwerks site and noticed that the Fit's kit, along with several others, appear to be ready for sale. So the question is...is it?

Question for JDM Chris or Oscar is the kit fully compatible with all the bolt ons that are out for the Fit or will you have to keep the same stock pulley or certain types of headers wont fit or is everything cool?

noob question here...but from what ive read the 10lb kit wont be street legal. if you get the 5lb kit and upgrade to the 10lb kit...will it be a pain to downgrade to the 5lb for state inspections?
