We need to get adjustable cam gears made before we will even start to unlock these motors. The cams that are out seem to be consistently losing power with people's motors.
Pre cam install and tuning it made 113whp on same dyno... so gains aren't just from the cam. That car is still VERY under development

we do seriously need the cam gear

Also if you all haven't seen:

Take #'s with grain of salt but pay attention to the ET lol

That's FULL custom race on race gas and stand alone ecu/spark

He had a baseline of 112 whp/105 tq with intake, exhaust and cat delete, untuned.

Tuning brought it up to 117. The cam brought it up to 125, with some loss on the low end.
If he's not a member here I'll see if he can join up and post.

first dyno day with takeda cai and t1r b pipe/greddy axle back

2nd dyno day with added t1r header/pcd and secondary cat delete and street tune with ktuner. first pull was done with no tune (112whp). then 3 pulls on the street tune. i actually went back to the shop a couple weeks later for another dyno day and pulled 116 again.

after cam and valvetrain install. was the tuners first time seeing/using ktuner software.

It would be nice to see what an adjustable can hear would do. With that valve train how high can you rev?

Bisimoto rep said with proper lubrication I can rev to 8k. My redline is currently at 7200 though.
