So I got bored and decided to visit the forum and read a few threads...

So member rigwig fragged his ECU, blamed the tuner software, turned down the offer to have ECU replaced and then traded the Fit...

I hope he got the ECU fixed, or at the very least was completely upfront about it during the trade-in.

And people wonder why I don't like buying stuff used.

Why turn down the offer to replace ecu? Weird. Hopefully this doesn't discourage JR from further developing software. Still hoping for speed density tuning

I hope not! If this ECU is anything like the upcoming 1.5ltr turbo ECU on the Civic, Ktuner has a leg up on Hondata/FlashPro. People already talking up Hondata on the 10th Gen Civic forums and I'm tempted to say a word on Ktuner since JR has already started as far as I'm concerned.

As a matter of fact...I may start some trouble.

Yep..done deal --> 10th Gen Honda Civic

Honestly, it doesn't make much sense to me either... well, not in any positive way.

Is this the same thing as saying that it makes sense but in a negative way?

Well, I have a habit of thinking and sometimes over-thinking reasons and possibilities behind things I come across.

As such, I can sort of see a possible reason for not doing taking the offer for ECU replacement as he might think that it'll negatively affect the chance of getting a refund. But, at the same time, I think taking the offer could also further achieve the goal of getting a refund AND in addition, doesn't screw over future owners of that particular Fit.

Of course, I'm not him, so this is just guessing.

If he took the ECU he would have been able to finish tuning and would have been able to unlock and sell the unit if he wanted. There wasn't a losing option.

????? So no-one else have any dyno or E-dyno before and after plots?

I'm dying here to see some updates and have been hanging around the Honda Civic, Accord and TSX forums for my Ktuner fix. Come on guys!

As SOON as the 2015's can be tuned, I'll be getting a priority tune by Vit (Ultra priority if he offers it..hell). The suspense is killing me here.

And of course, like everything else, I'll be sharing my info with the community. I literally have nothing else I can do intake/exhaust wise on my vehicle. Been searching for someone that could possibly replace this plastic intake manifold with something more....performance based (if possible). I'm just nuts though.

Very interested in what you are trying exhaust wise. I have a ton of ideas and tweety birds floating around in my head. I have this silly idea about 'B' pipe size from testing previously but I need to do it again to confirm things before blurting out what I think I observed.

So....what do you got in mind?

**Update 12/15/15**

It looks like there is another version of Ktuner available for download. I had 1.0.3.0. It looks like version 1.0.3.1 is available for download now. I have no idea what changed from last version to this version. Just a heads up!

**Edit** I found out what the new version does.
Version 1.0.3.1:
General
Smoother Logging
Added Logging Of Mg/Stk Value To All MAF Platforms
Added 13-15 Accord V6 VCM Ignition Maps
Initial Release For 2016 Accord V6 6MT
Small Bug Fixes

I'm just going to post a link up to the version update page so we can just click on it to see what changes take place between versions.

So in searching for parts for these I found RV6 is looking for a 2015+ model Fit for test fitting exhaust related parts. If you're interested and in the Chicago area contact them directly. rv6-p.com

How do I get a tune? How much does this cost? What can I expect on a stock vehicle whp/tq wise?

I'm located in Northern VA.
