I had to set aside the original design until I can get my hands on a car for a day or two and work out the fitment issues, so went ahead and did a second version. Take a look at the first prototype:

I'll be making up a few of this one for offering and should have at least a couple ready to go next week. I plan on gradually PM'ing ones on the original list to offer a part.
I still hope to offer the original design in the future, so some may want to wait it out, after all you've waited this long.

Just a quick update:
Some from the original list have been contacted but not all have replied yet. The first few have been sent out and I am continuing with more so I'll continue contacting those on the list as new ones become available, if I hear no reply within a couple days I've just been moving on to someone else.

I do have one part that was one of the first produced available. This part looks good but up close you can see some tiny air bubbles in the resin in just a couple areas. The part is pictured and is 1x1 plain weave. I will call this a 'second' and offer it for $65.00 including shipping within the states to the first to confirm interest. Payment by paypal please.

 

I am glad to see that things are moving along. Is there any word on the fiberglass version?

 

So far I've done a few in plain weave and a couple in 2x2. I plan on doing a couple in carbon kevlar over the next few day and I'll try to get out a couple fiberglass ones too.
