I see them all the time in San Diego, but it's always young girls or old men, straight up stock.

It is mostly people in 40s and 50s that drive Fits in my area and they are all stock as far as I can tell.... I will be 60 on my next birthday and my car is silver with barely legal window tint, 2 1/2" axle back with glass pack muffler, black Enkei 15"X7" RPF1 wheels and Kraft Werks super charger.... I guess that I surprise a lot of people.

I saw three MR, three VBP, one NHBP and one SSm GD3's today.

The SSM was just South of Dayton on I-75N and they got onto US35W. They were sporting a CHASE BAYS sticker on the back window... Wonder if it was a fellow Fitfreak?

Wow. Saw a really nice BOM GD3 this afternoon near Summerville, SC. Lowered, tint, wheels. PA license plates. I tried to catch up, but the car in front of me at the light couldn't figure out how to turn right on red. :P

I saw a new blue GE in Tyler on the loop just blocks from the Honda dealer... The guy driving looked to be in his late 30s but was grinning like a kid on Christmas morning.

My wife saw two GEs in Terrell Texas Friday. She has been driving a new Forrester for 2 months and has yet to see one on the rode... Most of e fits that I have seen lately are being trailed behind up scale motor homes and are white.

I'm still not seeing too many Fits which I like because it puts the Fit in its own special category. I hate owning a car that everyone else has I guess.

It's funny because mainly everyone that sees my car knows it's a Honda obviously, but always ask what is it? Since it's not a Civic, Accord or Odyssey and still relatively new to the US market, the general public has no idea what it is lol.

I have not seen any Fit towed behind a trailer yet.

Thursday, I seen an SSM GE8 Sport down the road from one of my uncle's houses. Last Saturday, spotted another SSM GE8 Sport and then a VBP Base. Then that earlier Thursday, I waved and passed a NHBP Sport on the highway.

Total Fits spotted: 4; 2 GE8s, 2 GD3s.

During the first day of school, I was leaving for lunch and seen a MR GE8 base parked 2 or 3 rows away from my VBP. Afterward, seen a BBP GE8 parked at an office and later was behind a NHBP GD3 sport in the Walmart parking lot. And then the icing on the cake, I seen from far away a VBP GD3 that had blue rims with a machined lip and what looked to be a AJR Type V spoiler.

How Many Fits Seen Today...

I do a lot of interstate travel for work (approximately 6k miles for this year!!) and I am amazed at how few Fits I see! I'm nearly three years into owning my Fit and I can STILL count on two hands the number of times I've been passed by a Fit going my way! I saw 1 07-08 MR Sport today.
'07 VBP Sport 5MT w/ minor appearance & comfort mods!!

I was in Minnesota and Iowa over the weekend and I saw...

Not one Fit.

Not a GD3 nor any GE8s.

I was in farm country not the cities so perhaps if I'd spent more time in MN/St. Paul I'd have seen Fits.

But I was surprised, because I drove 400 miles on large freeways and saw zero Fits.

I am bound for San Antonio Friday and am sure to see a few between Round Rock and my destination.... I see more Toyota Prius hybrids than Fits when I go down there but the GE8s are getting pretty common in that neck of the woods.... It is strange leaving Austin on I35 cruising at 90 mph and being passed by 3 Prius hybrids.

Have had my Fit for going on three weeks and have only noticed one other locally. I live outside of Altoona, PA, a decent size city in the center of the state, but the Fit has not caught on here yet. Lots of Civis, Accords and Odyssey's though. Makes it kind of cool to have something a little different..........but then again, my only other new car was a 1975 AMC Pacer X that I bought myself upon graduating from Penn State. Does that say something about my decision making?

Traveled two hours east on Saturday to watch the Little League World Series in Williamsport and noticed about 10 Fit's in the parking lots.

If you ever get the chance to attend the LLWS finals, do not miss the opportunity. A miniature big league ballpark surrounded by 40 to 50 thousand people from all over the country and the world. Free admission and parking, with reasonable concession prices, unlike professional baseball.

Is anybody having difficulty picking out a Fit at first glance, as opposed to some other look-alikes? There seems to be several clones out there that my amateur eye cannot yet detect instantly, thinking at first they are a potential Fit.

I bought the first Fit I ever saw so I really didn't know what they looked like on the road and the Aveos, Spectra hatch backs and Matrix sure looked like Fits to me for a long time....I can spot them easily after looking at so many on fit freak but the stock ones aren't as easy as those that resemble the ones here with after market parts.

I normally see three or four a week, in my city driving/ suburbs experience. Mostly in the city, I see very few in the "moderate-priced-nice-homes 'burbs" neighborhood. Edit: actually, in my boyfriend's neighborhood, one of his neighbors has a base tidewater fit. So I see that one almost every time I'm over there, but I'm not counting that.

But the other day, I was out in yuppieville, and we stopped by Whole Foods-- I saw four Honda Fits just in the parking lot there! And several Yaris, and many Aveos!
I'm not sure how I feel about that...
