Right off Sand Canyon. It's my parents' home since my house in NJ still isn't sold. I moved my parents over when I came over. They're both retired. I work in LA so I commute there every day via motorcycle.

2010+ Porsche Turbo Almost got an 08, but at this point it wouldn't be a wise financial decision. So figure I'd be smart and wait.

Love it in Irvine, probably will live here as well.

Had a Civic sold it and bought a Miata; then sold it for the Fit

Fit: Automatic, comfortable, good on gas, can fit 4, lots of cargo room, Reliable.

Former car: '02 Saturn L300, 22mpg and an AT I hated. Expensive parts and a pain to work on.
'08 BBP Fit Sport: MT (yay!), 40+ mpg, magic seats, and it's bigger on the inside! At 6' and long-waisted, I appreciate driving a car where my head doesn't touch the roof liner. I've been able to stuff more computers into this car than anyone reasonably believes.
I bought this Fit brand new, and I have 86K miles on it now. I plan to keep it as long as I can, and then I'll buy another one. :-)

Bought one with AT in 2007 for my wife because she hinted that she wanted one. Just bought a used 2010 w/MT and with only 9000 miles on it for myself for the gas mileage and because it's fun to drive.

Because it is damn fun to drive and holds a ton of stuff! Was pleasantly suprised since my previous car was a uber pricey Audi A4.

Can fit all of my kids junk in there when we go places.

Fun to drive and practical with hints of strong aftermarket in performance parts were my motivations to buy a Fit 6 years ago... It has surpassed my expectations as a performance car yet has been on jack stands for months as I keep acquiring performance parts.... I think that I only have to shovel a little over $3,000 more and 100 gallons of sweat into it before it's on the road again... Tomorrow I'm off too town for the largest shop fan I can justify spending money on, shelves for the accumulating tools, parts and better lighting for my work area... It's too damned hot in a metal barn for an old man to work except for an hour or two before and after sunrise....

None of the above! only for it's light weight and can be pulled by MH. Very few cars with automatic can be pulled. All of the above posts are good reasons and I am happy to have them all in a subcompact. My old daily driver would have been fine for another 15 yrs. but the pu I was pulling weighed in at almost 4000 pounds and the Fit cuts it almost in half and doubles the mpg.

Ended up picking up the Honda Fit over numerous other cars. One being its reliability and with my family being frequent golfers. Surprisingly for its size, the Fit can fit two sets of golf clubs in the back with the seats folded down quite comfortable. Incredible gas mileage!

I've got a big ass dog and mountain bikes to haul around, and no other small car that gets good mileage could hold either as well as the Fit does.
